Every morning at 9:27AM another post is published. If you are not subscribed, be sure to! Jesus is coming and we want to help the Elect to be prepared for this day and the time of trouble that the LORD Jesus warned us of. Every post we make is founded on Biblical Scripture and you are welcome to challenge everything we post. We are not masters of the Faith but are slaves of it. We could get some things wrong, we are humble enough to admit that. However, the prophecies are clear. We are at the end of the Last Day!

In this post we are going to discuss our beloved pets and what happens to them when you get called by the LORD during the last Trumpet. The Elect love deeply and appreciate even the little things around them. Some of those little things are our pets that have helped us in some way shape or form during this last day. So, let's talk about them. Where will they go? What will happen to them?

The Lord and Animals

On the fifth day, God made the flying creatures of Heaven. On the sixth day He made the other animals. What caused God to make them? Love, of course. Yes, God loves animals. He made them for our enjoyment and surely wanted us to love them as well.

What Happens to Animals When They Die?

The Bible plainly tells us that all life returns to the Father that gave it.

Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Ecclesiastes 12:7

Yes, the animals spirit returns to God.

Who's Fault Was It?

Who's fault was it that the animals started killing one another and turning on humans? Well it was the fault of mankind wasn't it? Not only the animals but the land and plants as well. Everything became cursed because of sin and disobedience to God.

14 And the Lord God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; Genesis 3:14,17

Yes, the animals were cursed because of man but, can the animals be blessed because of a person's faithfulness to God? It seems so, God blessed Noah's animals that were with him.

10 And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth.
11 And I will establish my covenant with you, neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth. Genesis 9:10,11

I love this passage here as well, this tells us who actually owns the animals.

7 Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God.
8 I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.
9 I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds.
10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
11 I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. Psalms 50:7-11

The Leaders God Chooses

When we read the Bible, the men that lovingly take care of their animals seems to be the ones God chooses for positions of leadership. Abraham was a shepherd, Moses, David a shepherd, and even Jesus likens Himself to a Shepherd. People that love their animals God seems to have an attraction to. The Bible mentions shepherds and the act of shepherding over 200 times!

Our Connection to God

Our connection to God is intrinsically linked to our care and love for our animals. Doesn't that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside? Since we know that the animals belong to God, we are actually taking care of His animals.

Animals in Heaven

I have been asked the question, "Are there animals in Heaven? Do animals go to Heaven?". Of course there are animals in Heaven and God shared them with us to take care of them, to love them and to be close with them. In fact, I would bet that there are more animals in Heaven than are here on earth, no doubt. As far as our pet's going to Heaven, why would this not be reasonable seeing that it states that their spirit goes right back to God who gave it?

Any Worry You Have

Any worry you have is not a worry in Heaven. As you have seen here, God makes provisions for all His creation and values it more than anyone. I am sure that the LORD Himself is pleased about your concern for your pet. Everything is alive in heaven, there are no dead things like you see here on earth. Remember, God does judge those who mistreat their animals.

Remember

Remember that all your puppies, cats, horses and lizards. All your birds, snakes and sheep. All your cows, pigs, monkeys and lions. These are the LORD's, you have just been entrusted with their care and welfare. He will make things right for all of His creation including every blade of grass!
