Every morning at 9:27AM another post is published. If you are not subscribed, be sure to! Jesus is coming and we want to help the Elect to be prepared for this day and the time of trouble that the LORD Jesus warned us of. Every post we make is founded on Biblical Scripture and you are welcome to challenge everything we post. We are not masters of the Faith but are slaves of it. We could get some things wrong, we are humble enough to admit that. However, the prophecies are clear. We are at the end of the Last Day!

There you are, a Christian in the last days. But you are brand new, you just converted a week ago. However, the LORD of all the universe is here. It is time now for you to receive your reward. However, as you are making your way to the LORD of the Universe, you pass by Peter, James and John; the Apostles of the LORD. You make eye contact, Peter looks at you from the side, and says, "Uh huh" in a nonchalant way. You think to yourself, what is that all about? Well, let me tell you.

Peters Work

Peter is one of the most amazing Bible characters. He did a lot of "work" for the LORD. Sleepless nights, worry, denied the LORD, of which I bet he wishes no one would ever bring that up again. Here is the point, he worked his ass off for the LORD. When it came time for him to die, the legend has it, he requested to be crucified upside down because he felt unworthy to die like the LORD.

James Work

Oh yes, and let us not forget James! He was the first to die as a Christian by the sword in 44AD. But before that came, he too worked very hard for the LORD. It is said that he worked preaching the Gospel in Spain and then back to Israel where he was Martyred.

Johns Work

Yes, the brother of James and the longest living Apostle who we all know and love so much. The Apostle John. The writer of the Book of John, Revelation, 1,2,3 Books of John. He was very busy working until he became an old man in prison.

As you Pass By

So, Yes, you are new convert to Christianity, and now you know why Peter says, "Uh Huh". nonchalantly. That's right, you are getting the same pay as them even though you just converted. Although, this may not seem right to you, let me explain with Jesus words because they are so much better than anything I could tell you.

The Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard Matthew 20:1-16

“For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire workers for his vineyard. 2 He agreed to pay them a denarius for the day and sent them into his vineyard.

3 “About nine in the morning he went out and saw others standing in the marketplace doing nothing. 4 He told them, ‘You also go and work in my vineyard, and I will pay you whatever is right.’ 5 So they went.“He went out again about noon and about three in the afternoon and did the same thing. 6 About five in the afternoon he went out and found still others standing around. He asked them, ‘Why have you been standing here all day long doing nothing?’

7 “‘Because no one has hired us,’ they answered.“He said to them, ‘You also go and work in my vineyard.’8 “When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, ‘Call the workers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last ones hired and going on to the first.’

9 “The workers who were hired about five in the afternoon came and each received a denarius. 10 So when those came who were hired first, they expected to receive more. But each one of them also received a denarius. 11 When they received it, they began to grumble against the landowner. 12 ‘These who were hired last worked only one hour,’ they said, ‘and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the work and the heat of the day.’

13 “But he answered one of them, ‘I am not being unfair to you, friend. Didn’t you agree to work for a denarius? 14 Take your pay and go. I want to give the one who was hired last the same as I gave you. 15 Don’t I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?’

16 “So the last will be first, and the first will be last.”

More

This could also be the Jews called first to Christ, then the Gentiles. We know that at the end all the Gentiles are fulfilled

Then the Jews blindness is cured.

So now, you know! ;-)
