When we get into the Book of Revelation and come to Chapter 11 we discover something very interesting. It starts out by taking measurements of the Temple of God. Who is the Temple of God? Christians of course, NOT the Jewish Temple! Notice how it starts out here in verses 1-3.
1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. Revelation 11:1-3
My friends, God is telling John to measure the Church!!! Yes, YOU! Those outside the Church are considered "Gentiles" or "Non-Christians". If you have not already done so I encourage you to read the previous post. Called, "Seal Up Until The Time of The End" then come back and finish this post.
The Great Tribulation 2033
Hmmm, so this is interesting. Daniel was told to seal up a book and then John was told something similar. Each one with different details. So in Revelation, the Seven Thunders spoke something that John was NOT to write down but seal up, I wonder if it has

Let's dive into verse 3 where the two witnesses are dressed in Sackcloth. Why are they in sackcloth? They are going to prophesy, but what are they going to prophesy? What is the 1260 Days or 3.5 Years? Let's dive in!
Sackcloth & Prophesy?
Sackcloth is a coarse cloth or garment made from goat or camel hair, flax, hemp, or cotton. It's often worn as a symbol of mourning or penitence. Why? Because just as Ezekiel was a watchman and warning Israel, so these 2 witnesses are warning "Christians". What are they warning the Christians about? Revelation 18 will answer that question, basically they are telling their fellow Christians to get out of Organized Religion unless they want to receive part of her plagues. These organized religions teach false doctrine like pre-tribulation rapture and other false and disgusting teachings. Anyone that goes to their Churches are required or guilted to give them money to receive the free gift of God.
Why Are They in Sackcloth
Because these 2 witnesses are not apart of any organized religion but they are Christian, hench morning for the Church. They have seen the hypocrisy of the Church and have left it. They are the ones at home with Bibles who have been quietly doing research on their own. You may see some of their social media posts or YouTube channels or other types of media trying to share the gospel without the influence of a money grubbing Church!
1260 Days or 3.5 Years?
For 3.5 Years they have the power to prophesy and warn Christians, perhaps relate what the "Seven Thunders" spoke back in chapter 10? No doubt this is about Babylon the Great. They have this power because the internet is like the wild west. So for the first 3.5 years they will be able to do whatever they want, say what they want, do what they want. They will be able to silence and kill those naysayers with the words of their mouth! However, this will be short lived. Because the Beast who comes out of the Abyss will kill or silence them. No doubt this has to do with Artificial intelligence and control of the internet with Laws and AI scrubbing their sites.
Olive Branches, Candle Sticks?
These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. Revelation 11:4
Olive Branch
So, you may ask, what does this mean? You have heard of the saying offering someone an olive branch? To offer someone an olive branch" means to make a gesture or say something to show a desire to end a disagreement or conflict, essentially offering peace and reconciliation; it signifies a good-faith attempt to make amends with someone. We can imagine that this is an effort to restore the Church to true teachings which will make peaceful relations with each other before the Master arrives!
Candle Stick
We first read about these candlesticks in the first part of Revelation 1:20.
20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.
So, no doubt about it! The 2 witnesses are Churches with a special mission! To warn the other Churches that what they are doing is wrong and they need to correct their path! Read Revelation Chapter 2 to see all the warnings and commendations from the Lord Jesus Christ Himself! The 2 Witnesses have the power to expose them and even kill them from the Lord!
The Beast Kills Them The Earth Rejoices
So after 1260 days these 2 prophets are killed. Then all the earth rejoices over it, but why? Evidently these 2 Witnesses had an impact during their ministry. Probably costing Babylon the Great billions of dollars in revenue. But the Beast, he does not like this either because he loves money. So he kills these 2 prophets ministry. Then of course Babylon the Great and the entire world are happy about this. Back to the Apostate Church way of doing things, committing fornication with Kings and Governments of the earth. Revenue is back up so they send gifts to one another and are happy about the censorship of these prophets. In fact they don't even bury their bodies or ministry, they leave it exposed so they can make fun of it.
The Rapture
Interestingly enough, we see the Rapture happen here in verses 11-14.
11 And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.
12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.
14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. Revelation 11:11-14
The remenet here seems to be the members of Churches that did not heed the 2 Witnesses warnings. If 3.5 days is 3.5 years or another 1260 days, these prophets are silenced for that amount of time. However, notice the verbage here. It sounds a lot like Matthew 24:31
And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Examination
This story of the 2 Witnesses and The Seven Thunders really come to life. The fact that there are 2 witnesses or 2 Churches signifies that this is established truth.
This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established. 2 Corinthians 13:1
Leave Your Church!
If you have been in pain over the hypocrisy of your Church leave it! Get out of it if you do not want to share with it in her sins. Are they practicing things that are totally contrary to the Bible? You will bear responsibility along with them should you continue to support them and their fornications.
